Vacancy: Service Administrator

Permanent | Scale 16,215 - £18,638 (SCP 15-20) Pro Rata | 22.5 hours p/week to include Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with evening cover.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated service administrator to join our growing team and help us deliver an exciting programme of mental health support for young people aged 11-25 in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for delivering friendly, effective and efficient administrative support to all Off the Records (Bristol) therapeutic services. Due to the nature of the service you will have an interest in mental health and wellbeing and will be able to interact with young people appropriately as they engage with the service. You will have a consistent and reliable approach to clerical tasks and be able to work alongside other administrative staff to help young people access the service effectively.

At Off the Record (Bristol) we provide free, self-referral mental health support to young people aged 11-25 across the city. Open since 1965, we are a dynamic and growing third sector organisation delivering across six areas; direct therapeutic support for young people, resilience and self care work, psychologically informed youth work, social action campaigns, training and research.
