As you may have read, OTR is really excited to be opening up some of our services in North Somerset, and we’re looking forward to meeting young people and chatting about wellbeing in the months to come!
Before we do this, we thought it would be useful to host a number of online sessions where we can introduce ourselves – telling you a little more about what we do, and why/how we do it.
We’ll be running sessions for young people, and also sessions for parents, carers and professionals. These will all take place on Zoom at the beginning of June and we’d love to see you there – though you don’t have to join with your video on if you’d prefer not to. You’ll have the chance to meet some of our team, hear about our work, and ask questions (though we can’t provide specific or individual therapeutic advice at these sessions, sorry!)
The details are below, along with guidance on whether each session is designed for young people, or parents/carers/professionals. For any questions you may have, please drop us a line on social media or contact northsomerset@otrbristol.org.uk
This is a really brilliant opportunity for OTR to provide more mental health and wellbeing information and support to young people!

This will be an opportunity for professionals to find out information about the services that we can provide to give people the confidence, knowledge and skills to improve mental health.
