Hi! OTR is really interested to hear what you think about us, no matter how involved (or not) you’ve been with our services! So, here are some questions we’re calling ‘Change The Record‘, designed to get your feedback, good and bad, to shape OTR into a better service for young people. You can help us make real change.
The first thing we want you to know is that – we really will listen! We did a similar survey in 2019, and here are some of the things we changed as a result of your feedback.
‘Change The Record’ is open to ALL young people. We want to hear from you, whatever your background, and however much you’ve engaged with OTR. We are making these questions available in a range of formats to try and be as accessible as possible. You can email us comms@otrbristol.org.uk if you would like this survey on paper, in another language, or in any other format – or you can start the survey at the link below to order your survey in another format.
Also, we get it, this is going to take some time out of your day. Although there is reward in knowing you are helping and changing OTR, we want to give you something in return too. We have 10 Samsung Galaxy Tab As to give away, so if you wish to leave your details, you will be entered into the prize draw (please note that you can choose to be anonymous if you prefer, but we need at least one method of contact for you if you want to be entered into the prize draw).
Even better, every single person who completes ‘Change The Record’ will be invited to collect a goody bag at an OTR Hub. We have tote bags, mugs, posters and all sorts to give away to say thank you! More details are provided about this at the end of the survey including info on how you can collect the goody bag.
