Here is a space for you to leave us feedback about anything that’s on your mind about the OTR experience. Please note that if you are leaving us a complaint, this will be sent directly to our Management Team and we require you to leave contact details so we can be in touch about how to resolve things. We want you to know that we take feedback seriously and we want to keep you in the loop about the changes we make as a result of your comments!
If you are leaving a complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement from OTR within 7 working days. If you are leaving an idea, compliment or comment, we may not be able to respond to each and every piece of feedback, but if we’d like to follow up with you (and you’ve left your contact details), we will be in touch.
